The Agentic Silk Road provides the ICC Digital Standards Initiative (DSI) with a live, federated environment in which digital-trade interoperability, trust, readiness, and resilience can be exercised across independently operated Trade Gateways, Chambers, businesses, AI Agents, and enterprise systems within the IBM Auto Deal Share framework.

NorthernIreland.Trade: Offers a distinctive UK/EU goods-trading context under the Windsor Framework.
Rotterdam.Trade: Delivers a complementary EU port and international logistics environment.
Federation Rationale: One gateway proves a Digital Trade Node works; two independently operated gateways prove federation works.
