UKTrade.Center
UK TRADE CENTRE PROGRAMME
Providing a Network of Trade Canonical AI Endpoints for Discovery and Interaction
A repeatable operating architecture for institutionally stewarded, agent-enabled and standards-aligned digital trade
1. Programme Overview
The UKTrade.Center Programme connects UK commercial ecosystems to AI Agent Teams, digital-trade readiness services, and Gateway-to-Gateway interaction.
UKTrade.Center is operated by Agentic-AI.Network who provide Agentic-AI Resources. Agentic-AI.Network also operate the Property Investors Group, an established business community with around 4,100 members, which integrates an Agentic AI Resource. The community has been operated for more than 12 years, and during the past two years, Agentic-AI.Network has used its experience, and Matching By AI operating procedures, to pilot the model now being developed as “Trade Gateway in a Box” for Chambers of Commerce.
Transitioning to the International Chamber of Commerce
UKTrade.Center will validate the operating architecture, commercial model, governance, technical repeatability, and measurable trade outcomes required. The intention is then to transition to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) for global scale.
Key Stakeholders & Components
- Chambers of Commerce:The intention is that local chambers provide local business engagement.
- .Trade Domains: Provide persistent, human-readable Trade Gateway identities and Canonical Trade Gateway Endpoints.
- .Team Environments: Provide the AI execution layer for agent-driven workflows.
- AIEndpointsRegistry.com: Provides the global canonical identity, capability, and accreditation registry.
- UKTrade.Center: Serves as the UK pilot federation, discovery experience, and national programme interface.

2. Concept-Purity Rules
The programme adheres to ten fundamental rules ensuring identity stability, open ecosystems, and proper human oversight:
| Rule | Programme Meaning |
|---|---|
| Persistent identity | The Gateway identity remains stable even when models, providers, software, or workflows change. |
| Local Business Engagement | The Chamber will provide Local Business Engagement ; it is not required to operate the underlying technology. |
| Separated execution | The .Trade identity and .Team AI execution environment remain connected but distinct. |
| One preferred AI operator | A preferred AI Programme Provider manages the core AI Agent environment consistently across the programme. |
| Portable client AI identities | Client AI Agents may receive programme AI identities to participate in authorised discovery and interaction. |
| Open service ecosystem | Specialist providers supply data, professional services, and capabilities. |
| Standards alignment | The programme operationalises relevant digital-trade standards and readiness frameworks without replacing them. |
| Interoperability, not replacement | Existing directories, marketplaces, enterprise systems, logistics, and financial systems remain connected and active. |
| Human oversight | Verification, accreditation, sensitive decisions, transaction approval, and escalation remain capable of human review. |
3. Programme Hierarchy & Core Architecture
The programme operates across four interconnected hierarchy levels:
| Level | Role |
|---|---|
| Global Registry | AIEndpointsRegistry.com — Persistent canonical identities, capability records, provider accreditation, evidence metadata, and authorised specifications. |
| Global Programme | Trade Gateways Programme — Governance, implementation methodology, Trade-Gateway-In-A-Box, standards alignment, and scale model. |
| National Programme | UKTrade.Center — UK federation, discovery interface, pilot operations, evidence collection, and national coordination. |
| Gateway | (Region).Trade (e.g., NorthernIreland.Trade) — Institutionally stewarded local commercial ecosystem connected to its AI Agent Team. |

4. Local Business Engagement& Dual-Stack Infrastructure
Local Chamber Role
The intention is that each Trade Gateway is associated with the relevant Chamber of Commerce providing local business engagement. The Chamber is not required to build AI models or operate software.
The .Trade / .Team Dual Stack
| Stack Component | Primary Function & Responsibilities |
|---|---|
| .Trade Domain Trusted Commercial Identity |
Canonical Gateway Endpoint, commercial identity, human-facing discovery, evidence-supported business capability discovery, governance, trust, and G2G interaction. |
| .Team Domain AI Execution Environment |
Research and market intelligence, supplier/buyer discovery, qualification and matching, MLETR readiness workflows, documentation assistance, and human escalation. |
5. Preferred AI Provider & Client AI Identities
Appointing one principal AI Programme Provider ensures consistent security, orchestration, agent lifecycle management, observability, and service levels across all Gateways without transferring identity ownership.
Programme Identity Classes
| Identity Class | Illustrative Purpose |
|---|---|
| Gateway Identity | NorthernIreland.Trade — Persistent institutional Trade Gateway identity. |
| Business Identity | A programme-registered business identity associated with a participating Gateway. |
| Gateway AI Environment | NorthernIreland.Team — AI execution environment supporting the Gateway. |
| Client AI Agent Identity | Persistent identity for an authorised AI Agent acting for a participating client. |
| Capability Record | Structured declaration of a trade, professional, or digital capability. |
| Provider Identity | Identity and accreditation record for an approved specialist provider. |
| Product Identity | Optional product-level identity integrated as a separate capability module. |
6. Trust States & MLETR Digital Trade Readiness
Five Trust States
The programme explicitly distinguishes five distinct levels of verification:
2. EVIDENCED
3. VERIFIED
4. ACCREDITED
5. TRANSACTION-PROVEN
MLETR Readiness & Digital Trade Passport
MLETR.com provides an AI-assisted Readiness Agent to evaluate readiness for electronic transferable records. Participating businesses maintain an evidence-supported Digital Trade / MLETR Readiness Passport containing:
- Business digital-trade and MLETR readiness assessments
- Electronic document capability mapping and digital identity readiness
- Counterparty, bank, logistics, and platform integration status
- Evidence and provenance capture with recommended action gaps
Gateway-to-Gateway (G2G) Paradigm
The internet made businesses searchable. Trade Gateways aim to make trusted commercial ecosystems addressable. G2G interaction enables direct, permissioned discovery between Gateways without relying on repeated open-web searches.
7. IBM Partner & Auto Deal Share (ADS) Alignment
Operating in alignment with the IBM Partner ecosystem and IBM Auto Deal Share (ADS) opportunity-sharing motion, IBM Business Partners promote and deliver the Trade Gateway proposition to appropriate enterprise clients.
| Participant | Proposed Role |
|---|---|
| Local Chamber of Commerce | Local Business engagement. |
| Programme Operator | Trade-Gateway-In-A-Box deployment, registry integration, evidence, and orchestration. |
| Preferred AI Provider | Core AI Agent environment, orchestration, and client-agent identity integration. |
